A new range brought to you by JoTiKa Ltd.
With almost two decades of experience in 3D printing and with the emergence of true production capacity machinery we are now committing our knowledge to convert our thousands strong range of white metal fittings to a combination of timber, 3D printed resin and brass parts in the form of ShipShapeFittings.
Creation, Not Imitation
The work we do is always original and our own – we don’t even blindly copy ourselves!
Take for example, the trawl winch on Milford Star – originally designed in the 1980’s and produced in white metal, from hand made masters; as we convert our fittings to utilise new manufacturing techniques we are taking the opportunity to incorporate new research to alter and/or add additional detail.

Design & Iterate :-
Using the latest CAD/CAM technologies allows us to design, check tolerances & test for fit then incrementally improve before any production.
Test & Deliver :-
The modern power of CAD/CAM is immense but nothing beats real world testing before signing off for part manufacture and supply.
